  Went to the Genius Bar for an appointment, went upstairs walked in and passed 2 members of staff having a little chat who looked at me and carried on chatting. I Stood by the bar for 10 minutes until my appointment time then get told I need to book in with a man stood with an iPad. I Go and que up to see him who then says I’m late and I’m now booked in. I tell him what happened he says the greeters should of asked how they can help and send me to him, guy in jeans holding an iPad. Not a great start for new comers not knowing their system.
  
  Got told 3 days for repair, I’m on day 7. Rang the store twice, they tell me each time the engineer will ring me back but never does. AppleCare have no info and just tell me to wait. I’ve been worst shops but been in better. They’re all nice patient staff though, they weren’t rude
