  They used to call themselves Exeter Family Friendly ….I believe in October 2015 the company dropped the 'Family Friendly'…..probably because this does not describe them anymore.. They were good…in the past
  
  They have put their prices way up…and cut back on customer service
  
  Having lodged a complaint I have yet to hear back from them….4 days have gone by and I was told a senior would call me…no one has called
