  Absolutely rubbish. Laid our carpet less than a year ago, didn't finish it off properly/ secure the carpet to the floor along side our laminate which has resulted in the carpet wearing away from the floor bar leaving a big gap with sharp spikes sticking up. My toddler keeps pricking his feet on them. I have rang THREE times to ask for someone to come out and do something, each time they took my number and never got back to me. What a joke. Disgusting customer service!
