  I took a day off work for Warmerhome to install cavity wall insulation.
  Despite having previously been round to survey the property, they turned up in a huge lorry which couldn't get onto the drive and blocked the road. They were therefore unable to do the installation and left.
  Complete waste of a day due to the incompetence of their surveyor.
